On the day entries

Important information for race day - Sunday 13th September 2026

Race HQ is situated at Slinfold Cricket Club, Lyons Road, Slinfold, West Sussex, RH13 0RY and it is where you'll need to come to register and collect your race bib. Please don't leave it to the last minute to arrive as it will take time for you to park and for us to process all entrants.

Registration will close at the latest 10 minutes before the start of each race.

Childrens races start from 10 am so they will need to register early to be at the start line in time.

Free parking for everyone is available off Wicket Meadows, which is the road alongside the cricket pitch. We owe a particularly big thank you to Kevin Morley of Crosby Farm for allowing us to use his land for our event. Marshalls will guide you to the car park, around 50 metres from the cricket club. Please do not park in the cricket club, in residents spaces or in the surrounding village roads as we need to keep access routes free for traffic and emergency vehicles.

Children should be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian. If you lose your child please head to Race HQ where assistance will be provided.
